3. User Obligations (Data Accuracy)

You agree to provide accurate and complete personal details (especially date, time, and place of birth) required for accurate astrological and numerological analysis. We are not responsible for errors arising from inaccurate data provided by the user.

4. Ordering and Payments

A. Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. B. Payment Security: Payments are processed securely via third-party providers. We do not store your full payment information.

5. Refund and Exchange Policy

A. Services (Mantra Plans, Consultations, Annual Guidance): ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the personalized, proprietary, and energetic nature of our services, we do not offer any refunds once an order has been placed. B. Merchandise (Rings, Potlis, Malas, etc.): We offer exchange only for physical products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Exchanges must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery. Cash refunds are not provided under any circumstance.
