The Tantrim Expert Validation Pipeline (5 Phases)

 

Every potential expert must successfully clear all five phases to receive the certification required to consult on the Tantrim platform:

 

Phase 1: Foundational Scrutiny & Documentation

  1. Initial Credential Submission: Submission of complete professional resume detailing years of practice, specializations, and any formal Siddhis achieved.

  2. Guru/Lineage Verification: Mandatorily provide documented proof and contact details for the direct Guru or teaching lineage. We perform direct contact and validation to confirm the authenticity of your training lineage (Parampara).

  3. Client Reference Audit (Minimum 20): Submission of verifiable contact information (Name, Email, Phone) for a minimum of 20 previous high-value clients. Our internal team conducts blinded reference checks to confirm efficacy and professionalism.

 

Phase 2: Knowledge Assessment & Technical Interview

  1. Specialization Competency Exam: A written and practical assessment (Kundli mapping, palmistry reading, Tantra theory) covering your declared area of expertise.

  2. Recorded Video Interview: A mandatory 90-minute video interview conducted by our Chief Validation Officer and a senior panel member, assessing communication skills, ethical perspectives, and depth of knowledge.

  3. Case Study Resolution Test: You will be provided with three complex, anonymized historical client cases and required to provide the complete, detailed astrological, numerological, and ritualistic solution plan for each.

 

Phase 3: Ethical & Digital Compliance

  1. Ethical Practice Agreement: Signing a binding contract guaranteeing adherence to Tantrim’s strict ethical guidelines regarding client conduct, confidentiality, and financial transparency.

  2. Digital Comfort Assessment: Confirmation of your technical capability to handle digital consultations (video calls, secure data input, platform reporting).

  3. Background Check: Completion of a formal background verification to confirm professional and legal standing.

 

Phase 4: AI Validation Training

  1. Tantrim AI Protocol Training: Mandatory training sessions on how to effectively integrate your traditional readings with the data requirements of the Tantrim AI Engine, ensuring all remedies are precisely validated before client delivery.

  2. Shadow Consultation Period: A two-week period during which you perform readings under the supervision of a senior Tantrim Validator, verifying the consistency of your results against the AI models.

 

Phase 5: Final Certification

  1. Final Review and Certification: Upon successful completion of all preceding steps, the Expert Review Board grants final certification and activation on the Tantrim platform.
