Refund policy

This policy outlines the terms regarding refunds and returns for purchases made through Tantrim.in, owned by Sevensages Entertainment LLP.

 

1. No Refunds Policy (Services)

 

All sales for astrological reports, personalized mantra plans, Jaap services, and the Unlimited Annual Guidance Plan are final.

Due to the personalized, proprietary, and energetic nature of our consultation, validation, and remedy creation process, we do not offer refunds for any service once the order has been placed and processing has begun.

 

2. Merchandise Exchange Policy

 

We offer an exchange policy exclusively for physical goods purchased from the Merchandise section (e.g., Rings, Malas, Potlis, T-Shirts).

  • Eligibility for Exchange: Exchanges are only offered in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect productsreceived by the customer.

  • Process: You must notify us of the issue via email within 48 hours of delivery. The item must be returned unused and in its original packaging.

  • Resolution: Upon verification of the damage or error, we will promptly ship the correct or undamaged product as an exchange. Cash refunds are not provided.
